Welcome everybody to my new blog! i am starting a internship for distance preps!
I was born in Russia in 97 was in a orphanage for 3 yrs then adopted. When I came to America my parents told me I had a Ton (still do) of energy. They told me to run around my house till my energy was gone well that took a while so my parents knew since that moment I should be a runner but they didn't pressure me to do it! I started doing it in 7th grade because i just wanted to play every sport I could I was a good runner got top 10 every Xc meet and got either 1st or 2nd in mile or 2. I didn't do Xc or track 8th grade year cuz I had something wrong with my stomach that made me puke whenever! So I never ran until this school year! I wanted to run just because I knew I probably had a future ! I train now at around 60-100 miles a week and got patella tendinitis my 5k time was a 18:30 and my mile time now is a 5:05! I'm really pushing trying to get under 5! Now i am struggling with a slight tear in my achilles and a bunch of muscle damage in my calf! i have been in a cast for a month and in it for 3 more weeks! i am out for my track season! I run at forney high school in forney Texas!
